- Play more.
- Dance more.
- Make love more.
- Yell less.
- Rest more.
- Stress less.
- Go to bed earlier.
- Wake up earlier.
- Make to-do lists in one notebook only, remember where the to-do list is located, and check things off when they're done.
- Become the best employee I can be.
- Go to yoga once a week and do yoga once a week at home.
- Walk outside more.
- Pray and meditate more.
- Go to at least two meetings each week.
- Give up red meat.
- Give up artificial sweeteners (check!).
- Give up candy/cookies (so far so good today!)
- Eat less saturated fats.
- Eat more protein.
- Continue to write as much as possible.
