My new way to start and end the day is with yoga. Ok...full disclosure...it's only been two days and each session is only 20-minutes long, but all good habits have to start somewhere and I figure writing it here will increase my chances of sticking with it. Shortly after I was diagnosed with MS, my neurologist at the time (the second of four, I believe) suggested I practice yoga to maintain my balance. I wish I had listened, but it's never too late. I have done yoga on and off over the years, but never on a daily basis, until now!
I've actually done yoga in some pretty cool places:

Namaste.
